Accuracy, confidence & predictability

These are not words one would usually associate with an E1 upgrade scoping exercise. This is, however, the experience a UK JD Edwards customer had with the DWSDimension service and subsequent 8.12 upgrade work.
We are happy to report that the actual upgrade hours total spent by DWS was 4% less than the total upgrade hours quoted by DWSDimension. This underlines the level of accuracy that DWS is able to achieve with DWSDimension.

DWS are very confident in our DWSDimension service and as such we are willing to cap upgrade estimates at the estimate provided by DWSDimension. This provides the client with predictability and certainty when building the business case and budget plans for the actual upgrade. DWS take the risk, not the client.

DWS are currently scoping another upgrade for a large multinational based in the UK using DWSDimension.
