New tools one-off released

Oracle has released 8.98.05 for tools release 8.98. One of the specific fixes it contains is for Database Output usage within E1 APPL’s and UBE’s. This is particularly important if you are currently upgrading or planning an upgrade. This problem can cause some upgraded objects to fail - particularly where they use Database Output functionality.
